Prepare traffic evidence

Provide analytics and search-performance access where appropriate, explain tracking changes and segment traffic by page, query type, geography and channel. Highlight concentration rather than making buyers discover it.

Reconcile revenue model

Document ad-network, affiliate, sponsorship or product revenue with source statements. Explain merchant concentration, seasonality and any revenue that depends on the seller's personal relationships.

Confirm content ownership

Organize writer agreements, image licenses, editorial workflows and original source files where relevant. Ownership ambiguity can delay or reduce a deal.

Inspect the backlink profile before buyers do

Identify historical link-building, purchased placements, network links or penalties. A realistic risk explanation is more credible than claiming the site has no SEO exposure.

Document maintenance

Show publishing cadence, update schedule, contractor costs, technical maintenance and how much owner judgment the content operation requires.

Prepare for account transfer

Confirm how domains, hosting, analytics, search-console properties, email systems, ad networks and affiliate accounts will transition. Some revenue model accounts may require buyer reapproval.
